Even though there's snow on the ground and temps are in the lower 30s here in St. Louis, (insert sad face) Spring is definitely on my mind. I have NEVER been a fan of cooler weather & I absolutely despise the snow & ice. (who doesn't?) Currently I daydream of cute pedicured toes in sandals and adorable tops in pastel & bright colors.
